We can be the managers, motivators, organizers – even the adjunct staff – that will move your organization to the next level.

Whether your goal is to maintain and sustain essential operations, expand to meet new opportunities, or generate something entirely new, Corcoran & Co can help you find the funding to get there.

Our history

In 2005, a friend of Victoria Corcoran’s asked for help with a campaign her small nonprofit was launching. The organization had a fundraising staff of one, and there were never enough hours in the day to get the work done.

Victoria knew that most nonprofit organizations don’t have sufficient in-house resources to expand operations or add new programs. She realized that the sort of help her friend was asking for was the kind of help that many organizations could use: strategic, goal-oriented, and focused on filling in the gaps.

Since then, Corcoran & Co. has provided fundraising plans and materials, board and staff trainings and assessments, and strategic solutions to more than 70 organizations.

Our staff is made up of seasoned nonprofit professionals. Our goal is to strengthen every organization we work for.

A customized plan gets you precisely what you need — and nothing you don’t.

Either! Both! Whatever helps you reach your goals.
Yes! An assessment of your communications, systems, and processes will diagnose the issue. It doesn't require a huge staff, well-connected board, or wealthy patrons to be successful. We can help you build systems that are donor-centric, responsive, and effective.
A feasibility study is an excellent first step. Do your major donors agree that a campaign is necessary, and will they support it? Do you have the staff resources to make sure it's a success? We can help you answer those questions so you can move forward with confidence.
